Mustafa Schubert, Al-Ahly’s goalkeeper, will miss his team’s trip to South Africa today in preparation for facing Orlando Pirates.
As Ahmed Gaballah, Al-Ahly’s doctor, said in Statements on the club’s official website stated that Mustafa Schubert is suffering from an injury that prevented him from being on the roster of the red team leaving for South Africa to face Orlando Pirates.
As Jaballah explained, the x-rays that Schubert underwent showed that he had a second-degree strain in the posterior muscle.
He pointed out that Mustafa had begun implementing the physical therapy and rehabilitation program.
It included a list Al-Ahly, selected to play the Orlando Pirates match, has 3 goalkeepers: Mohamed El-Shenawy, Mustafa Makhlouf, and Hamza Alaa.
