The former Al-Ittihad coach is close to returning to the Rushen League
Press reports confirmed the imminent return of former Al-Ittihad coach Fabio Carelli to the Saudi Roshen League.
Al-Ittihad had dismissed Carelli in August 2021 after losing the Arab Championship title.
The Saudi newspaper Al-Sharq Al-Awsat said that Al-Fateh and Al-Fayhaa clubs are interested in contracting with Carelli in order to improve their results this season.
Al-Fateh ranks last in the Roshen League standings with 5 points, while Al-Fayhaa occupies the penultimate place with 7 points.
