Zamalek wants to include Mahmoud Gehad in the winter market
Zamalek Club has expressed a strong desire to sign Mahmoud Gehad, a Pharco player, during the upcoming winter transfer period.
According to press reports, Zamalek Club management has intensified its negotiations. Recently, with its counterpart in Pharco, in order to obtain the services of Mahmoud Gehad next January.
Reports indicated that Zamalek is seeking to find a financial solution that satisfies both parties in order to settle Mahmoud’s deal. Jihad, in light of Jose Gomez's commitment to contracting with the player.
Reports stressed that Zamalek management will withdraw from the Mahmoud Jihad deal, if his club sticks to him.
The sources explained that Gomez, the coach of Zamalek, agreed to include Mahmoud Jihad in the team’s ranks in order to fill the deficit in the defense position during the coming period.
Gomez is convinced of the player’s abilities, after he was close to moving to Zamalek last summer, but the deal was not completed.
