Wissam Abu Ali, the Al-Ahly club striker, expressed his desire to travel with the Red Team delegation to South Africa in order to face Orlando Pirates of South Africa, next Saturday in the second round of the third group of the African Champions League.
According to press reports, Wissam Abu Ali requested to travel with the team delegation to South Africa in order to participate in the match against Orlando Pirates.
Reports indicated that Al-Ahly’s medical staff, headed by Ahmed Gaballah, has not yet decided on the player’s travel for fear of worsening the injury to the metatarsal.
Wissam Abu Ali missed the last 3 matches of Al-Ahly Club against Al-Ittihad Alexandria, Abidjan Stadium, and Al-Ahly Bank between the Egyptian League and the African Champions League.
