Kohler identifies 4 positions in Al-Ahly that need strengthening

Coach Marcel Koller, the technical director of the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club, wants to consolidate 4 positions during the winter transfer period next January.

Köller aims to benefit from the winter period by achieving His needs to support his team that is about to participate in the Club World Cup in the United States of America, mid-2025.

According to reports, Kohler has identified 4 positions in Al-Ahly’s ranks. It needs strong support during the January Mercato.

The sources indicated that Kohler requested a contract during the winter transfers with a defender, a midfielder, a right winger, and a foreign striker.

Kohler stressed that Al-Ahly is preparing to engage in strong confrontations at the local and continental levels, in addition to the expected participation in the Club World Cup during the summer of 2025.

Al-Ahly coach prefers to sign a foreign striker alongside Mahmoud Kahraba and Wissam Abu Ali, instead of including a local player in this position.
