Hossam Al-Badry: Kohler is not good at preparing Al-Ahly’s substitutes
Hossam El-Badry, the former Al-Ahly coach, criticized the way Swiss Marcel Kohler dealt with the Red Team’s matches this season.
Hossam El-Badry said in his interview on “M” channel: BBC Egypt: “Marcel Kohler is not good at preparing substitutes, and his substitutions and technical interventions are at fixed and reserved times.”
Al-Badri added: “There is a negative feeling among a number of Al-Ahly players because of Kohler, including Percy Tau and Reda Selim.”
He continued: “Mohamed Magdy Afsha is certainly a distinguished player, but not as good as Abdullah Al-Saeed, and there is no player like him yet.”
Al-Badri continued: “ Al-Saeed moves intelligently on the field, and he is the best player in Egypt on the one hand Defensive support.
Al-Badri talked about Imam Ashour, saying: “I see that the player is preoccupied with matters outside the field, but I advise him that his behavior befits Al-Ahly.”
