Zizou wants to continue with Zamalek
The journalist Medhat Shalaby confirmed that Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the Zamalek star, wants to continue with the ranks of Al-Abyad and not leave in the coming period.
Shalabi said on his program “Ya Masaa Al Anwar” on MBC Egypt: “Ahmed Sayed Zizo has recently been linked to leaving Al-Abyad in light of the wonderful level he is performing with his team.” And the Egyptian national team."
He added: “During the last transfers, Zizou received an offer from the Saudi NEOM for a very huge financial consideration that reached 350 million pounds, and the offer was rejected due to the need for his services.”
He continued: “The player notified Zamalek officials that his desire was to renew and continue with the team, and Hussein Labib, the club president and the one responsible for the player’s contract renewal file, was notified.”
He continued: “Zizou was feeling some anger due to statements made by a member of the board of directors about his desire to obtain 100 million pounds to renew the contract.”
He concluded: “It is expected that a session will be held during the coming period between Zizou and his father, his acting agent, and Al-Abyad officials, in order to negotiate the terms of the new contract.”
