Press reports revealed today, Thursday, the position of Portuguese Jose Gomez, Zamalek coach, on extending the contract of Tunisian Saif Eddine Jaziri, the team’s player, which expires next June 30.
According to these reports, Gomez welcomes extending Jaziri’s contract with the White Team during the coming period.
Reports indicated that the Portuguese did not refuse to extend Jaziri’s contract, because he trusts the player’s abilities.
The Tunisian’s agent recently stated that his client had agreed with Al-Abyad officials to extend the contract. His contract is for two additional seasons other than the current season.
Press reports say that Al-Jaziri will receive $600,000 annually in the first season and $650,000 in the second season.
