Officially: Claudio Ranieri is the technical director of Roma

The Italian club Roma announced a short while ago, via its official website, the appointment of Claudio Ranieri as the team's manager, until the end of the current season.

This decision came after he was dismissed. The former Croatian coach of the Roma club, Ivan Juric, in the past few days, after the team suffered a series of negative results in all tournaments.

The Roma club also confirmed Through his official website, Ranieri will assume a senior executive position, where he will work as an advisor to the owners on all sporting matters at the club. The search for a future technical director will continue in the coming months, and Claudio will participate in making this decision.

Ranieri has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience in the Italian, Spanish, English and French leagues, having coached major European clubs and won historic titles, such as his great and legendary victory in 2016 with English Leicester City.
