Zamalek club officials, headed by Hussein Labib, expressed their desire to extend the contract of Portuguese Jose Gomez, the team’s coach, which expires at the end of the current season.
According to what was revealed Reports indicate that the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club will hold a meeting with Portuguese Jose Gomez, in order to discuss extending his contract after the team’s delegation returns from Libya.
Zamalek will face its Libyan counterpart, Al-Nassr, next Friday in a friendly match as part of the player Khaled Hussein’s retirement festival.
The sources explained that there is a common desire between Gomez and the Zamalek administration to extend the contract in the coming period.
