Ahly Jeddah regained the services of one of its stars, before the upcoming confrontation with the Iraqi Police in the AFC Elite Champions League.
Al-Ahly’s training, today, Sunday, witnessed the participation of Senegalese goalkeeper Edouard Mendy in preparation for confronting the Iraqi police.
Mendy recently missed Al-Ahly, in the Jeddah derby match against Al-Ittihad in the Roshen League competition, due to injury.
The technical staff is expected to decide whether Mendy or Al-Sanabi will participate in the Iraqi Al-Shorta match.
Ahly Jeddah is preparing to face its counterpart, Al-Shorta, in the fourth round of the league stage in AFC Champions League Elite Championship, tomorrow, Monday.
