Al-Ittihad Club suffered a severe blow when one of its players was injured during Al-Ahly’s last match in the Saudi Roshan League competition.
Reports stated that Al-Ittihad player Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti was in the club’s treatment room yesterday, Friday, after feeling pain in his thigh muscle.
The sources explained that Al-Shanqeeti suffered the injury during his team’s match against Al-Ahly, last Thursday.
The technical and medical staff preferred to conduct several tests on the player yesterday.
