The President of the Emirates pardons the Zamalek trio
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, issued a decision to pardon the Zamalek club trio, Mostafa Shalaby, Nabil Imad Dunga, and Abdel Wahed Al-Sayed.
The issued statement officially announced This decision came based on the fraternal relations between Egypt and the Emirates.
The Zamalek club trio had been detained after they assaulted one of the organizers of the semi-final match. The Super Cup, which brought together Zamalek and Pyramids.
This morning, the UAE authorities issued a sentence against the trio to imprisonment for a month, and a fine of 200 thousand dirhams for each of them.
