Barcelona submits its offer to sign Neco Williams
Barcelona aims to sign Athletic Bilbao's Spanish international player, Neco Williams, during this summer's transfer market.
The Spanish newspaper "Sport" said that Barcelona had offered An offer worth 40 million euros, paid in two installments, in addition to an Iñigo Martinez card for Williams.
Williams had recently closed the door on his departure from the Basque Lions this summer, as he was new. He recently signed a contract with the team until the summer of 2027.
