Mariska: This is my opinion about arbitration decisions, and we deserve more
Chelsea coach Enzo Marsica appeared in statements to Sky Sports after the 2-1 loss to Liverpool in the eighth round of the Premier League.
The coach said in his speech: “ We don't like to lose or waste points, but I really liked the performance. We deserved more, but the performance was good."
He added: "We controlled most of the match and had chances We had possession of the ball. We don’t like to lose, but if we had to choose, this is the way the team was brave on and off the ball.”
He stressed: “I don’t think this is the case. The match determined our place. We prepared in the best way. It worked well. You have to seize opportunities, but in general I am very happy with the players."
On the refereeing decisions: "I haven't seen anything in terms of the referee's decisions. The only thing I can see in this stadium is the noise of the crowd. The referee is there to make decisions. Sometimes he is right, sometimes he is wrong. Sometimes some decisions are due to the noise of the crowd here ( At Anfield), but overall I think the referees did a good job.”
