James: We are on the right track, and playing at Anfield is difficult
Chelsea star Reece James appeared in press statements after the 2-1 loss to Liverpool, in the eighth round of the English Premier League.
The player said in his speech: “Coming here (Anfield) is always difficult. I think we controlled most of the match. They had chances, but we also had some chances, but we did not take advantage of them.” He added: “We are definitely moving in the right direction.”
He concluded: “If we step back and look at the performance and what we are trying to do, we have come a long way. It is still early, and we have not been with the coach for a long time.”
