Injury strikes Saudi star before meeting Bahrain
Saudi national team star and Al-Shabab club player Musab Al-Jawir suffered a minor injury during Al-Akhdar’s training today before facing his Bahraini counterpart tomorrow, Tuesday, in the fourth round of the third group of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
According to press sources, Musab Al-Jawir complained of some pain and left training, but his injury was minor.
Roberto Mancini, the national team’s coach, focused on the tactical aspects during the exercises, in preparation for the confrontation with Bahrain.
