Imam Ashour’s position on traveling with the team’s delegation

Lawyer Mohamed Othman, lawyer for Al-Ahly club player Emam Ashour, clarified the player’s position on traveling with the team delegation that will head to the Emirates to compete in the Egyptian Super Cup.

The lawyer for the Red Castle midfielder added in his statements, “I expect Emam Ashour to be acquitted.” If we assume that a prison sentence was pronounced against him, there is also an appeal, and that this is a misdemeanor case that does not prevent travel.

He confirmed that the player will travel with the Al-Ahly club delegation and that he does not need to attend the session. On October 19th, because the lawyer appointed by him may be present in these cases.

The Al-Ahly Club match against the Ceramica Cleopatra team will be held in the semi-finals of the Egyptian Super Cup at Mohamed Ben Stadium. Zayed on Sunday, the 20th of this month.
