Former Zamalek star Ahmed Hassan announced that Al-Ahly will play a friendly match next Tuesday before traveling to the Emirates to participate in the local Super Cup.
Ahmed Hassan said on Facebook: “Source... The first team of Al-Ahly club will play a friendly match on Tuesday, then the team will rest and leave Cairo for the Emirates on Thursday to face Ceramica Cleopatra in Egyptian Super."
The Al-Ahly team is undergoing intensive training in preparation for the tournament.
