Officially... Carvajal undergoes successful surgery
The Spanish club Real Madrid announced, in an official statement, that player Dani Carvajal underwent successful knee surgery.
The club said: “ Our player Dani Carvajal underwent surgery. Successful today due to a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament, under the supervision of Real Madrid’s medical services.”
He added: “Carvajal is scheduled to begin his recovery process in the coming days.”
It is expected that Carvajal will be absent from Real Madrid for a period between 8-10 months.
