Kohler: Losing by penalty kicks is a common occurrence in football
Al-Ahly coach Marcel Koller, the Swiss coach, appeared to talk about the reasons for losing the African Super Cup title to Zamalek, in the match that was held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

He added: “It is not my job to evaluate the opponent, and I am only talking about my team. We played the first two matches in the African Champions League and achieved victory, and in the Zamalek match we did not take advantage of the opportunities greatly.”
He continued: “In a conference before the match, I had pressure from journalists to find out the lineup, and I said it was a surprise because of this pressure, and I did not mean anything else by it.”
He concluded: “We trained for a while with non-international players, and this affected the group’s performance, and we have a lot of work to do to reach the required level.”
