
Real Madrid turns the tables on Espanyol in La Liga
Real Madrid achieved a deserved victory over its counterpart Espanyol 4-1 in the sixth round of the Spanish League, at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
Espanyol advanced through Thibaut Courtois made an own mistake in the 54th minute, then Real Madrid equalized through Dani Carvajal in the 58th minute.
In the 75th minute, Rodrigo scored a second goal, created by Vinicius, then Vinicius scored. A third goal in the 78th minute was created by Mbappe.
The referee awarded a penalty kick in favor of Andrek, and Kylian Mbappe responded by scoring a fourth goal in the 88th minute.
Real Madrid raised its score to 14 points in second place, while Espanyol’s score froze at 7 points in twelfth place.
