Zamalek denies terminating Mahmoud Bentaek’s contract

Zamalek club officials revealed the truth about the rumors circulating recently regarding the termination of the contract of Moroccan Mahmoud Bentaek, the team player loaned from French Saint-Etienne for a season with an option to buy this summer.

According to press reports, the Zamalek club management denies rumors about the possibility of terminating Moroccan Mahmoud Bentaek’s contract with the club, adding that coach Gomez is working to prepare the player to participate with Al-Abyad in the coming period.

Reports indicated that Gomez held a session with Mahmoud Bentaek, in order to ensure his technical and physical readiness for the coming period.

Zamalek signed, With Bentaek, coming from Saint-Etienne on a free loan for a season, with the right to purchase, and the white club will bear his annual salary of $300,000.
