Former Zamalek star Ahmed Hassan published about the health condition of Zamalek star Mohamed Abdel Shafi after the injury.
Ahmed Hassan said on Facebook: “Mohamed Abdel Shafi is not yet ready to return to training and is undergoing a solo training program.”
On the other hand, it was Khaled Al-Ghandour, the former Zamalek star, revealed Abdel Shafi’s position on joining the Zamalek roster in the new season.
Al-Ghandour said on the “Axis Stadium” program that Mohamed Abdel Shafi was intending to retire, but Zamalek’s desire to have him continue within the team’s ranks changed things, and a contract would be made for one season and then he would be registered on the local list.
