Al-Nasr coach, Portuguese Luis Castro, made a surprising decision before facing the Iraqi police tomorrow, Monday, in the first round of the elite AFC Champions League competition.
The Victory Mission, led by Coach Castro, arrived today, Sunday, in the State of Iraq in preparation for the upcoming police confrontation.
Castro decided to cancel the final training for the Al-Nasr players and limit themselves to fitness training at the hotel in preparation for the match.
Al-Nasr team will play its upcoming match against Al-Shorta without its Portuguese player, Cristiano Ronaldo, who suffered a health problem that prevented him from accompanying his team to Iraq.
