Smalling, Al-Fayhaa player, plays one of his worst matches
The Daily Mail spoke about the first match of English defender Chris Smalling, the Al-Fayhaa player, with his Saudi club.
Smalling joined Al-Fayhaa club from the Italian club Roma during the past summer Mercato, and the player participated with his new team in the Al-Raed match yesterday in the third round of the Saudi Roshan League.

The English player played one of his worst matches, as he scored an own goal against his team in a minute. Sixth and he was sent off in the 55th minute of the match.
The Daily Mail likened Smalling's appearance to a nightmare due to the own goal and the expulsion.
The newspaper said about Chris Smalling's poor appearance: "The crushing defeat that Al-Fayhaa suffered was the worst ever for the Orange team in the Saudi League, making it a match and a first appearance that the former England international player will never forget."
