Press reports confirmed that the Saudi Ministry of Sports issued a decision to appoint a new president for Al-Nasr Club.
Al-Riyadiah newspaper said on Thursday that the ministry decided to appoint Abdulaziz Al-Omran, a member of the board of directors of the non-profit Al-Nasr Club Foundation, as chairman of the council.
Ibrahim Al-Muhaidib, president of Al-Nasr Club, submitted his resignation, and Qafari Al-Qafari, a member of the council, followed him.
Al-Nasr Club is preparing for the Al-Ahly match next Friday within the framework of the third week of the Saudi Roshan League.
