Officially... Zamalek includes Bentaek on loan
Zamalek Club announced, yesterday evening, Saturday, that it had officially signed a contract with Moroccan Mahmoud Bentaek, the left back of the French team Saint-Etienne, to strengthen the ranks of the first team, in the next season.
It was The Zamalek club management, headed by Hussein Labib, succeeded in obtaining the services of Mahmoud Bentaek, during the summer transfer period, coming from the French club Saint-Etienne on loan, with a clause stating that the White Castle has the right to buy the player.
Zamalek’s contract with the Moroccan left-back comes after Portuguese coach Jose Gomez, the team’s technical director, agreed to conclude the deal to strengthen the team’s ranks, in light of Zamalek competing for more than one championship.
The new player is scheduled to join the team’s closed camp currently held in Burj Al Arab, in preparation for the next season and the two matches between Kenyan Police in the Confederation Cup tournament.
