Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports and Chairman of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, was keen to visit the training headquarters of the Saudi national team, currently held in Jeddah Governorate.

As the Saudi national team prepares to play the matches between Indonesia and China, in the first and second rounds of the third round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The Minister of Sports met with the national team players before the start of the training session, in the presence of Yasser bin Hassan Al-Mashal, President of the Saudi Football Federation, and Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Musaad, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports for Sports and Youth Affairs.

Al-Faisal stressed the importance of the current period of the Asian qualifiers, which requires everyone’s focus and effort, with His Highness stressing the strength of the upcoming two confrontations.

In his speech to the players, the Minister of Sports expressed his confidence in their potential and technical abilities to provide positive results in order to qualify for the 2026 World Cup finals.
