Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola appeared in press statements, after beating West Ham 3-1 in the third round of the English Premier League.

The coach said: “ Three points are the most important thing so I'm happy, I feel good, I feel fresh. I've had a long break and pre-season and I feel good. The years I've been here have been really fast. I've had some rest in my body and my feet Ready for more.”

He added: “Only footballers know how important it is to have a break. You need to calm your body and mind because it is a long season. It is not as easy as people think I feel refreshed and this is the most important thing.”

Wazzad: “I really liked the second goal. I liked all the goals, but the second goal was beautiful. Beautiful ball from Rico [Luis] and a perfect first touch. Great finish. It's good to get a little strength from my body."

He continued:"I feel more refreshed and energetic. When you do this, you can practice some of the things you want to improve outside of training. I feel good and I'm happy."

He concluded:"Three games and nine points, it's a great start. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, because there are another 70 possible games this season. Let's take it one game at a time."
