Awad: I renewed my contract without considering any other considerations

Mohamed Awad, the goalkeeper of Zamalek Club, commented this evening, Saturday, on renewing his contract with the White Castle for a period of three new seasons after his contract expired at the end of last season.

The Zamalek Club Board of Directors, headed by Hussein Labib, announced the official renewal of the contract with Mohamed Awad, and the signing of the contracts during the session that brought him together with White Castle officials during the past few hours.

Awad wrote, through his account on the social networking site “Instagram”: “Praise be to God, in order to complete the journey and build history with the greatest club and fans in Egypt, I renewed my contract with Zamalek Club without considering any other considerations.”

He continued his speech: “Everything passes, but history continues. Therefore, I am in the happiest days of my life by declaring my continuation inside my home and among the best public, and choosing without any hesitation to continue writing history.”

The Zamalek goalkeeper concluded: “Thank you, the fans of the Zamalek Club.. Thank you, the Board of Directors.. And, God willing, there will be a new stage in which we can dream and achieve all the ambitions of our fans and return again to the podiums.” Long live Zamalek Club...long live its great fans.”
