Officially... lifting the penalty for canceling registration from Zamalek
The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) notified, on Friday evening, the Zamalek Club, of lifting the penalty for suspending the team’s registration, during the upcoming summer transfer period.
The notification came. FIFA reached out to Zamalek to lift the registration, after paying the late dues to Portuguese Rui Aguas, Andre Oliveira, and Daniel Gonzalez, assistants to Josevaldo Ferreira, the team’s former coach.
The Zamalek board of directors was Headed by Captain Hussein Labib, he was keen to transfer the trio’s dues during the past few days to solve the crisis of stopping registration to register new deals before the start of the new season.
Amr Adham, a member of the club’s board of directors, posted Zamalek, through its account on the social networking site “X”, showed pictures of FIFA’s speech and commented: “FIFA notifications were received to lift the penalty of suspension of registration after paying the dues of Ferreira’s assistants, thank God.”
