Al-Sheikh: We may watch retirement ceremony matches with Roma

Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, was keen to congratulate Saud Abdul Hamid, the Italian club player for the Italian club Roma, on his European professionalism after leaving the Saudi Al-Hilal.

Turki said The Sheikh said in the press conference for the Riyadh season, this evening, Wednesday: “We finished the last Riyadh season and began the new season, with a Saudi team of young men and women working with passion.”

He continued: “I congratulate Saud Abdul Hamid on professionalism in Roma, our strategic partner, and we have an agreement with them to play a match here, and we may watch retirement ceremony matches with Roma.

He added: “There is more than one player.” We are thinking about holding a retirement for him during the 2024 Riyadh season. We have not yet determined whether tickets for the Saudi League matches will be sold on the WeBook platform.

He continued: “The edition will be hosted.” The fifth of the Riyadh season will host 11 world championships, 14 entertainment zones, and 10 exhibitions and festivals with an area estimated at more than 7 million square metres.”
