Leverkusen took the lead through Victor Boniface in the 11th minute. Meanwhile, Enzo Milot scored the equalizer for Stuttgart in the 15th minute.
In the 63rd minute, Deniz Undav scored a second goal for Stuttgart, while Patrik Schick managed to score the equalizer in Minute 88.
Leverkusen was able to win on penalties with a score of 4-3.
