Al-Nasr surpasses Al-Ittihad in the Super Cup

Al-Nasr Club succeeded in surpassing the number of its counterpart, Al-Ittihad Jeddah, in the Saudi Super Cup, by defeating Al-Taawoun in the match that was held yesterday, Wednesday.

Al-Nasr was victorious. His counterpart, Al Taawoun, scored with two unanswered goals during the match that was held at the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Abha, as part of the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup.

And he became Al-Nasr has the second most appearances in the Saudi Super Cup final, after Al-Hilal, which is preparing for its seventh appearance in it, after being equal with Al-Ittihad in the number of times it played a match that decided the championship title.

This is the fifth time that Al-Nasr has reached the Super Final, and it played the champion’s identification match in the 2014, 2015, 2019 and 2020 editions, and won two titles.
