Officially... Atletico Madrid announces the inclusion of Julian Alvarez
Spanish club Atletico Madrid announced in an official statement, via its website, its contract with Argentine striker Julian Alvarez from Manchester City.
The club said:" Our club and Manchester City have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of World and American champion striker Julian Alvarez, who has signed a contract for six seasons. Coming with us.”
He added: “The Argentine striker is a versatile striker. He is fast, skilled, and has great talent and the ability to bond with teammates. He is also able to play as a midfielder.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Alvarez cost Atletico Madrid 75 million euros, plus 20 million euros in additional incentives.
