The Football Association responds to Kohler’s fiery statements

The Football Association responded to the fiery statements made by Al-Ahly coach Marcel Kohler criticizing the dates of the Egypt Cup.

Gamal Allam, President of the Football Association, said in statements on MBC Misr 1: “The statements of Kohler and the Pyramids coach regarding the cup? We don’t want to talk about the league and its delay, because in the end, whether the association worked on it or the federation We are one in the ball."

He added: “This is the situation in which Egyptian football is a championship, and the association was keen to postpone the matches in Africa, and today you took privileges.”

He continued: “People outside do not realize the extent of the problems within the Football Association, they think that we are doing something that is not right. People in the union know how to do their job.”

He continued: “We cannot do anything. I am required to open the registration before August 30 for Africa, and in order for me to say that the league starts early, the registration must open early.”
