Barcelona makes sacrifices to get rid of De Jong
A Spanish press report said that FC Barcelona is desperate to get rid of Dutch star Frenkie de Jong this summer.
According to the Spanish newspaper “El Nacional”, Barcelona offered De Jong to several clubs, including Manchester United.
The source added that Barcelona expressed its willingness to give up De Jong for between 35 and 40 million pounds sterling only.
The source concluded that the problem lies in the player’s salary, as it is believed that he earns 600 thousand pounds sterling per week.
