Bologna identifies 3 defenders to include one of them, including the Al-Ahly player
Giovanni Sartori, Bologna's sporting director, revealed that 3 defenders have been identified to sign one of them during the current summer transfer period.
The name of Mohamed Abdel Moneim, the Egyptian Al-Ahly defender, has been linked to the Italian club in the recent period, with a desire to include him.
Bologna is looking to include a defender after the recent departure of the team’s defender, Riccardo Calafiore, to English Arsenal.
Sartori stated on the “Sport Italia” channel that the club is not negotiating with Mats Hummels only. There are even negotiations with other candidates.
Bologna's sporting director confirmed that 3 names have been identified for defensive reinforcement, and when the club receives a positive response from one of them, negotiations will take place.
Abdel Moneim may be one of the other defenders besides Hummels, one of whom Bologna is looking to include.
