Zamalek punishes its star financially
Zamalek club officials decided to impose a fine on Mostafa Shalaby, the team’s player, because of his argument with Ahmed Magdy, the assistant coach, during the last Al-Dakhiliya match.
According to According to press reports, Mostafa Shalaby entered into a verbal altercation with Ahmed Magdy, during the match between Zamalek and Al-Dakhleya, due to the latter’s technical instructions, but the matter was contained by his teammates in Al-Abyad and the Portuguese Jose Gomez.
Reports indicated that Shalaby apologized to Ahmed Magdy after the end of the match between Zamalek and the Interior Ministry, for his behavior.
Press reports confirmed that the Zamalek administration decided to impose a fine on Mostafa Shalaby, despite his apology to Ahmed Magdy, in accordance with the club’s internal regulations.
