Officially... Milan announces the inclusion of Morata
The Italian club AC Milan announced, in an official statement, its contract with Atletico Madrid’s Spanish international striker Alvaro Morata.
The club said: “ AC Milan is proud Milan announces the signing of Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid."
He added: "Morata, the captain of the Spanish national team, with whom he recently won the European Championship, has signed with the Rossoneri until 30 June 2028, with the option to extend for an additional year.”
The Italian club stated that Morata will wear the number 7 with the team.

The deal cost Milan’s coffers 13 million euros, which is the value of the release clause in his contract.
