Szczesny and Ederson top the Etihad's options
Al-Ittihad Club is considering signing the Brazilian Ederson, Manchester City's goalkeeper, or the Polish Wojciech Szczesny, the current goalkeeper of Juventus, during the current summer transfer market.
Al-Ittihad Club opened the file to sign a foreign goalkeeper after the departure of Brazilian Marcelo Grohe, who recently joined Al-Khuloud, the newly promoted Saudi Roshen League.
According to journalist Nicolo Schira, the federation is currently working on contracting a new foreign goalkeeper.
Schira explained, through his account on the platform “X”, that there is a short list of guards at the Federation table, led by goalkeepers Ederson and Szczesny.
