Death of Tenerife player De Miguel after serious injury during Andorra match

Spanish club Tenerife announced this morning, Tuesday, the death of their player Jesús de Miguel Almeida, at the age of 30, due to the serious injury he sustained during his team's match against Andorra on Monday evening.

The player suffered a serious injury after a strong collision with the opposing team's goalkeeper, necessitating urgent transport to the hospital, where he underwent treatment in the intensive care unit.
