Qatar will host the second edition of the tournament until November 4, with 10 teams competing in 23 matches, making it the largest edition of the competition in terms of the number of participants.

The committee has assigned the match between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, scheduled to take place at Saud bin Abdul Rahman Stadium, to Omani referee Abdul Majid Al-Ghadani, assisted by his compatriot Jasem Al-Amri and Bahraini Khalid Talafit. Meanwhile, Mohamed Murad Al-Balushi will take on the role of fourth official, and Jasem Al-Hail will evaluate the referees.
