Nigel Reo-Coker: McTominay does not get the credit he deserves

Nigel Reo-Coker, the former English footballer, has praised the potential of Scottish player Scott McTominay, star of SSC Napoli, stating that he does not receive enough recognition compared to the levels he displays on the pitch.

Rio-Coker said: "McTominay is a player who does not get enough credit considering how skilled he is; he excels at penetrating the penalty area and has a high goal-scoring instinct despite playing in midfield."

He added: "Either he scores goals or he creates them, and he is also good at linking the lines, but his greatest asset is his ability to score goals and cause problems for opponents in the final third of the pitch."

The former English midfielder concluded his statements by asserting that McTominay deserves greater recognition, considering his level and ability to combine different roles in midfield, and to contribute effectively to making a difference for SSC Napoli.
