Hamza Hadi launches a fierce attack on the coaching staff due to the club's failures
Tensions rise among the management and fans at Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya amid ongoing crises this season.
Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya are experiencing a critical phase this season compared to the stark achievements of last season, where the club won the Iraq Stars League title for the first time since the 2020-2021 season under the current management led by club president Major General Maad Badai, who brought in notable signings at that time. However, the situation has turned this season, as the team witnessed the departure of their coach Rachid Jaber, who recently returned, and the exit of prominent stars such as Waka Ramadan, Daniel Jibola, and Edmilson Dove without renewing their contracts.
Amid summer signings that did not meet expectations and cast a negative shadow on the team's performance and stability, star and sports analyst Hamza Hadi has made sharp and candid remarks about the club's management and its president.
Hamza Hadi criticized the management's handling of the fan base, stating: "The initial preparation has placed the greatest burden on the Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya fans, while the fans are the constant and loyal support that stands behind the team in all circumstances."
He added a direct and clear message to the club's president regarding the entity's status: "There is something that you should know, Badi. You have served in the military for more than 20 years and no one knew you, but in just two years, all of Iraq knows you because of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya. Here you gained fame and status, and people recognized you through the club."
Highlighting the management approach, he stated: "The current administration is sitting on an ivory tower and they are aloof from everyone. If you really want to succeed, you need to come down from this tower to touch reality and succeed."
Zad warned about the management approach and those around the club president: "The initial policy is a mistake, and the people who are with him and helping him make mistakes should advise him and provide him with the correct insights on many matters instead of involving him in trouble."
He completed a review of the equation of administrative and technical stability, referring to the file of the General Authority: "The success of any club depends on three main pillars: management, the fans, and the players. If one of these pillars falls, the club fails entirely. His statements were also completely unsuccessful, even in the process of expanding the General Authority, where they brought in non-sporting and unknown individuals and removed the competencies and real sports figures from the management joints."
Strong criticisms and bold proposals put the Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya management under real scrutiny and increased responsibility, especially as the sports community and the Falcons' fans are demanding urgent corrections and a rescue of the team's season before it's too late, amidst a buildup of technical and administrative crises.
