Rabiot hits out at Milan players despite win over Atalanta
Adrien Rabiot, the French player for AC Milan, expressed his strong anger despite his team's victory over Atalanta by a score of 3-2 in the match that took place in the Italian league, criticizing the team's decline in performance in the final minutes and urging his teammates to improve their mentality on the pitch.
The match saw a clear display of frustration from Adrien Rabiot, who received a yellow card for his objections to the referee's decisions, before his teammates, including Luka Modrić and Moriera, intervened to calm him down. Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim, the coach of AC Milan, gestured to him, urging him to remain calm and think rationally.
Despite his anger, Rabiot delivered an impressive performance, scoring one goal and assisting another to help secure victory for the Rossoneri. However, he did not hide his dissatisfaction with the team's decline during the last half hour, stating in his post-match comments: "We started the game brilliantly, but we lost control in the last 30 minutes, and we cannot collapse like this."
The French star added that the issue is not related to the physical aspect, but rather to focus and mentality, stating: "We were leading by three goals, then our concentration dropped, and when you face a team with quality, you can draw or lose the match. We need to improve our mentality, and even the players coming off the bench need to contribute more and get into the game better."
