Al Nassr coach announces absence of 3 players against Neom
Australian coach Ange Postecoglou, the manager of Al Nassr, has revealed that three players will miss the match against Neom due to injury in the encounter scheduled for next Tuesday in the 10th round of the Saudi Pro League.
Al Nassr host their rivals Neom at Al Awal Park at 9 PM, aiming to collect points and continue their challenge for the top positions.
Postecoglou confirmed during the press conference on Sunday that Abdulrahman Ghareeb, Kingsley Coman, and defender Mohamed Simakan will not participate due to the injuries affecting the trio.
Abdulrahman Ghareeb continues to be absent from Al Nassr matches since the start of the season, having suffered a tear in the ankle ligaments, and he has not yet regained his fitness to return to participation.
Koman has not yet reached full fitness following his hamstring injury during the match against Neftchi Fergana, in the AFC Champions League Elite.
Simaikan will also miss out after suffering an injury during the same match against the Uzbek team, leaving Al Nassr without three players ahead of their crucial clash against Neom in the Saudi Pro League.
Al Nassr sit third in the Saudi Pro League table with 19 points, having collected them from six wins, a draw, and a loss. They hope to overcome absences and achieve a positive result against Neom.
