Kroos resigns from his position at Frankfurt amid previous interest from Milan
Sporting director Markus Krösche has announced his resignation from Eintracht Frankfurt, a move that could reopen the door to his future, having previously been linked with a move to AC Milan.
According to journalists Matteo Moretto and Fabrizio Romano, Crociato had reached a verbal agreement with AC Milan last summer, amid the Italian club's interest in hiring him to take charge of the sporting management.
However, Eintracht Frankfurt's management refused to allow his departure at that time, so the sporting director continued his work with the German club before deciding to resign from his position.
These developments open the door to speculation regarding Kroos' next move, particularly given his previous links to AC Milan. However, there is no confirmation yet regarding the renewal of negotiations between the two parties or the possibility of his transfer to the Italian club.
