Saudi Arabia announces goalkeeping training courses
The Saudi Arabian Football Federation, represented by its technical management, has initiated registration for a series of specialized courses for goalkeepers, as part of its plan to qualify national staff and enhance training standards in the Kingdom.
The programs include a preliminary course for goalkeepers, organized in Al Riyadh, Mecca, and Dammam, to provide an opportunity for coaches wishing to acquire the necessary technical fundamentals for this specialty.
The courses include the Asian goalkeeping coaching license level 'A', which is scheduled to be held in Al Riyadh, alongside the license level 'B' hosted by Al Riyadh and Hail.
The technical management has announced that those wishing to join the programs can register through the coaches' platform via 'My Saf', with November 12 set as the final deadline for applications.
This step is part of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation's efforts to develop coaches' skills and enhance their technical competencies, with a focus on specialized training for goalkeepers in various regions of the Kingdom.
The Saudi Football Federation aims to expand the base of qualified personnel and support the quality of coaching in Saudi Arabian football through specialized training pathways at different levels.
